    Workflow AI for Legal Teams
    Concept Phase

Full-stack legal execution from a single request

    Virtual Associate

We are building a new class of legal system: complex tools that AI can call as full workflows to solve hard problems from end to end. Inspired by proven approaches from Claude Cowork and Openclaw, Virtual Associate turns legal operations into reliable, automated execution that can be launched and supervised from phone or computer, through email, text, iMessage, and WhatsApp.

    Virtual Associate workflow interface

    Why this is powerful

Most legal automation still stops at templates or chat suggestions. Virtual Associate goes further: it executes complete workflows across research, drafting, review loops, filings, and client communications.

It performs coordinated legal work across systems, tracks dependencies, handles exceptions, and brings the lawyer in at high-leverage decision points.

The result is a practical operating layer for modern firms: faster delivery, stronger consistency, and more capacity without sacrificing oversight.

    How one request becomes execution

    1. 1

      Goal and context intake

A lawyer provides objective, constraints, and source material by message, email, or task trigger.

    2. 2

      Workflow selection and planning

The associate selects the right workflow engine, builds an execution plan, and requests only missing essentials.

    3. 3

      End-to-end execution

It runs tools in sequence across drafting, calculations, filing systems, knowledge bases, and communications.

    4. 4

      Review, approval, and delivery

Critical actions pause for approval, then outputs are delivered with a clean summary and a complete audit trail.

    Platform capabilities

    Callable Workflow Engines

Each tool runs as a complete workflow. The system can handle intake, data checks, drafting, filing, and client updates in one connected execution.

    Agentic Orchestration

Multi-step planning, tool chaining, and recovery logic let the associate handle complex legal tasks that would normally require multiple people and systems.

    Built on Proven Foundations

Designed on top of ideas proven by platforms such as Claude Cowork and Openclaw, then extended into end-to-end legal operations with firm-grade controls and integrations across tools like Clio, CosmoLex, Actionstep, iManage, and NetDocuments.

    Medium-Agnostic Access

Lawyers can trigger, supervise, and approve workflows from phone or computer through email, text, iMessage, or WhatsApp, without changing the underlying process.

What we can automate in legal practice

High-value workflows where speed, accuracy, and process reliability matter most

    Corporate Lifecycle Automation

Incorporations, annual maintenance, share issuances, director and officer changes, minute book updates, and stakeholder communications handled in one flow.

    Contract Intelligence and Drafting

From intake and clause assembly to redlines, approval loops, and signature package preparation, with context-aware drafting grounded in your precedents.

    Real Estate and Secured Lending

Matter setup, title and encumbrance review, undertakings tracking, closing package generation, and post-closing follow-through with full audit history.

    Litigation and Regulatory Workstreams

Evidence and chronology assembly, correspondence drafting, deadline management, hearing prep packets, and regulatory response playbooks.

    Safeguards by design

    • Human approval gates for high-impact actions such as filings, signatures, funds movement, and external sends.
    • Traceable execution logs that show what was done, why it was done, and which sources were used.
    • Policy checks for conflicts, missing data, and out-of-scope requests before work proceeds.
    • Matter-scoped access boundaries so sensitive data remains controlled and segmented.

    Expected impact

    • Dramatically faster cycle times on repetitive but high-stakes legal workflows.
    • Higher consistency across documents, process steps, and client communications.
    • Less coordination overhead between lawyers, assistants, and back-office systems.
    • A practical path to scaling legal service quality without linear headcount growth.

    The vision

Virtual Associate turns complex legal playbooks into callable systems. Lawyers define intent and constraints, then the platform executes with speed, transparency, and control. This is how legal teams move from isolated AI experiments to dependable, end-to-end automation.

Built for real matters, real deadlines, and real accountability.
